Hammer grip

A grip which holds the club by it's head.

Hoop

One of the easier pieces of apparatus to work with, the hoop should reach approximatly hip level of the gymnast. To add extra strength or to give extra weight or just a change of colour, many gymnasts bind their hoop with coloured tape.
